Pricing and Ordering Information for Groups

(Note: Our discounted prices for groups are listed at the bottom of this page.)

Instructions:

1. First, be sure to review the description of the Individualized Writing Course (if you haven't already done so), our How it Works Page, our Frequently Asked Questions Page, and our Terms of Use Page. 

2. After you review the above information, notify our office that you'll be placing an order by sending an e-mail to enrollments@writeguide.com.   In your e-mail, please do the following four things.  

A) Tell us the names and ages of the students who will be taking the course, as well as your name.

B) Request a particular writing consultant, if you've worked with us in the past.  

C) Let us know a specific date when you'd like your course to begin.   Please note that there are no special online forms in the ordering process where you can input the names and ages of your children.  You MUST send that information to us in the e-mail you'll send to enrollments@writeguide.com.  Courses can be scheduled to begin within 48 hours (unless it's a weekend), or on any particular date in the future.  If you schedule a certain date, and need to change it, you can request to do so so long as your request is made within 48 hours of the original scheduled date. 

D) Tell us the name of the group you're from (if the group has a name), and the name of your group's Contact Person. 

After you send your e-mail, proceed with the ordering process.  Do not wait for confirmation of your e-mail, as confirmation will be sent after you have completed the entire ordering process.

3. After your e-mail has been sent, click on the appropriate link below to place your order.  You'll receive an automated e-mail response to confirm that your information has been received, and then our office will e-mail you personally within 24 hours to confirm your starting date for the course.

Note: If you are paying by check, you must still click one of the links below, which will lead you through the enrollment process.  When you are finished placing your order, please make your check or money order payable to WriteGuide.com, and send it to the following address.  No bill will be sent; you must simply mail your check to the address below.  Also, we cannot schedule your course to begin until payment has been received in full.
