WriteGuide.com's TEACHLetter
Some websites and companies
publish newsletters, the purpose of which is (of course) to announce
news. Here at WriteGuide.com, our teachers work hard every day, and
although their work is exciting and worthwhile, it isn't what most
people would consider to be "newsworthy."
Still, we want to let people know what sort of work we
do, and we'd like to show families who are thinking about enrolling in our
courses what sort of instruction they can expect from us. Therefore, we are pleased to offer you our
free monthly TEACHLetter.
Newsletters deliver news; the TEACHLetter
delivers teaching.
The TEACHLetter will be sent out
monthly via e-mail, for free, to any family who wishes to receive
it. It will include either a finished or near-finished paper from one of our Individualized
Writing Courses, and the keen observations of one of our senior writing
consultants in regard to that paper. The writing consultant's
comments will be designed to teach you, as a parent or student, what can
be learned from the writing techniques employed by the student in his or her work. Our goal in
promoting and distributing the TEACHLetter
is to provide students and families
with some high-quality writing instruction, free of charge. And on
the rare occasion that we do happen to have some news
to share (sometimes we like to let people know about heavy
enrollment periods), we'll use the TEACHLetter
to share it with you.
To begin receiving the TEACHLetter,
please send an e-mail to teachletter@writeguide.com
with the word "subscribe" in the Subject field.
Please note that the TEACHLetter will be sent to you in html text.
It is therefore advisable that you use an e-mail address that will allow
you to view text in html format.
To stop
receiving the TEACHLetter, please send an e-mail to teachletter@writeguide.com
with the word "Unsubscribe" in the Subject field.
Your information will be kept confidential and private. It will not
be sold or sent to anyone.
